chandler collins: eating an elephant

I keep getting overloaded. I bite off more than I can chew and end up doing nothing. “If you try to do two things at once, you’ll do none.”

I’m experiencing difficulties in prioritization. I’ve got so many things at once that I want to improve on but don’t focus on one at a time. I’m going to try to embrace minimalism as a means of breaking free from distractions, but am afraid that I’ll end up back where I am now.

I think I’ll try to limit myself to just three things to focus on each day so that I’ll feel accomplished instead of feeling inadequate. Right now, my main stresses are: UNC application, learning Japanese, and trying to write more. All the while also keeping good grades in school, reading for pleasure, managing website, etc.

I’ve got a buffet in front of me; time to try one bite at a time, er, three bites a day.
